Bouchon tartineur
L'objet de l'invention est un bouchon tartineur adap
table à tout contenant, notamment muni d'un col fileté,
tel que tubes, et permettant la distribution du produit
contenu sous forme lamellaire facilitant le tartinage ou
l'expansion en nappe.
Le bouchon tartineur est caractérisé en ce qu'il com
prend, d'une part, un obturateur mobile formé par une
lame pénétrante à bords obliques, surmontée par un cou
vercle enveloppant avec nervure périphérique sur la face
interne de ses parois tombantes et, d'autre part, un corps
récepteur trapézoïdal pour cet obturateur mobile pourvu
d'un évidement de mme section que la lame avec rai
nure périphérique à sa partie supérieure externe.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une
forme d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention:

La fig. 2 représente le corps du conduit tartineur vu
en coupe.
La fig. 3 montre, vu en coupe, le bouchon tartineur
dans son ensemble, et
les fig. 4 et 5 représentent le bouchon tartineur en
élévation et en plan.
Le bouchon tartineur représenté est constitué par un
obturateur mobile (fig. 1) formé par une lame pénétrante 1 à bords obliques 2, 3, surmontée par un couvercle enveloppant 4 muni à la base de sa paroi tombante 5 d'une nervure périphérique intérieure 6.
La partie supérieure 7 réalise une poignée de maniement.
Le corps récepteur trapézoïdal de l'obturateur (fig. 2) comporte un évidement 8 de mme section que i'obturateur mobile. Sa partie supérieure 9 est pourvue extérieurement d'une rainure périphérique 10 destinée à recevoir
la nervure 5. La base évidée 11 est munie d'un désoper
culateur 13 surmontant l'embout fileté 12 cylindrique
dont le pas standardisé s'adapte aux récipients munis
d'un col fileté.
On concoit dès lors les avantages et le fonctionne
ment de ce bouchon tanineur.
Le bouchon (fig. 1 à 5) s'adapte sur tous les condi
tionnements tubulaires 14 avec couronne espaceuse 15
empchant l'enlèvement de l'opercule 16. I1 remplace les
bouchons ordinaires, filetés, et assure la fermeture étan
che de l'emballage.
Lors de l'utilisation, il suffit d'enlever la couronne 15
et visser la base à fond sur le col 17 fileté du tube 14
pour enlever l'opercule.
En retirant l'obturateur mobile 1, on dégage l'évide
ment 8 déflecteur à large base 18. I1 suffit alors d'appuyer
sur le tube pour répandre une quantité dosée de produit,
de préférence semi-liquide ou pâteux, tel du lait concen
tré, confiture, miel, crèmes, etc.
On a alors un ruban > lamellaire de produit qui
assure un tartinage parfait ayant la largeur 18 et l'épaisseur du vide 8.
La lame 1 permet de compléter éventuellement l'étalage du produit. Après usage, la remise en place de l'obturateur mobile 1 nettoie l'espace d'épandage 18, il pénètre jusqu'à la base 1 1 du corps (fig. 3), sa course étant limitée par le capotage que constitue également un élément positionneur.
Ce bouchon adaptable à toutes les capacités 14 munies d'un col fileté, assure une fermeture étanche mme en cours d'utilisation. La poignée 7 peut comporter un plat permettant de poser sur ce socle le tube en position inversée
Spreader cap
The object of the invention is a suitable spreader cap
table with any container, in particular with a threaded neck,
such as tubes, and allowing the distribution of the product
content in lamellar form facilitating spreading or
tablecloth expansion.
The spreader cap is characterized in that it com
takes, on the one hand, a movable shutter formed by a
penetrating blade with oblique edges, surmounted by a neck
enveloping circle with peripheral rib on the face
interior of its falling walls and, on the other hand, a body
trapezoidal receiver for this movable shutter provided
a recess of the same section as the blade with spoke
peripheral nure at its outer upper part.
The accompanying drawing shows, by way of example, a
embodiment of the object of the invention:
Fig. 1 is an elevational view of the shutter.
Fig. 2 represents the body of the spreader duct seen

Fig. 3 shows, seen in section, the spreader cap
as a whole, and

elevation and plan.
The spreader cap shown consists of a
movable shutter (fig. 1) formed by a penetrating blade 1 with oblique edges 2, 3, surmounted by an enveloping cover 4 provided at the base of its falling wall 5 with an internal peripheral rib 6.
The upper part 7 provides a handling handle.
The trapezoidal receiving body of the shutter (FIG. 2) comprises a recess 8 of the same section as the movable shutter. Its upper part 9 is provided on the outside with a peripheral groove 10 intended to receive
the rib 5. The hollow base 11 is provided with a desoper
culator 13 surmounting the cylindrical threaded end 12
whose standardized pitch adapts to receptacles fitted
a threaded collar.

When in use, just remove the crown 15
and screw the base fully onto the threaded neck 17 of the tube 14
to remove the cover.
By removing the movable shutter 1, the recess is released
ment 8 wide-base deflector 18. It is then sufficient to press
on the tube to spread a measured quantity of product,
preferably semi-liquid or pasty, such as condensed milk
tré, jam, honey, creams, etc.
We then have a> lamellar ribbon of product which
ensures a perfect spread having the width 18 and the thickness of the void 8.
The slide 1 can possibly complete the display of the product. After use, replacing the movable shutter 1 cleans the spreading space 18, it penetrates to the base 1 1 of the body (Fig. 3), its stroke being limited by the cowling that also constitutes a positioner element.
This cap, adaptable to all capacities 14 provided with a threaded neck, ensures tight closure even during use. The handle 7 may include a flat allowing the tube to be placed on this base in the inverted position.
