Description

Packaging intended to contain two products while keeping them separate
The present invention relates to a packaging making it possible to store two solid or liquid products separately and to be mixed subsequently.
Its purpose is to ensure the isolation of one product from the other while using a common packaging, this packaging is characterized in that it comprises a bottle with a threaded neck, a cap screwing onto this neck. and comprising in its axis a cylindrical housing which can pass through the neck and open towards the inside of the bottle, and a second stopper made of flexible material which plugs this cylindrical housing, this second stopper comprising a collar with a diameter slightly greater than the neck of the bottle. bottle so that the first stopper filled with the first product and closed by the second stopper can be forced into the neck of the bottle filled with the second product and then screwed onto it, and that when one starts to unscrew the first stopper,
said flange abuts internally at the base of the neck and causes the tearing of the second stopper allowing the two products to mix.
Hereinafter, by way of indicative and non-limiting example, a mode of use of the object of the invention will be described in detail with reference to the appended drawing in which FIG. 1 is a view in vertical section, the two products being separated and FIG. 2 is a vertical sectional view, the two products being in contact.
The vials will be filled as follows:
The desired product is placed inside the stopper (1) and closed by means of the capsule (2). Then filling the bottle (3) and when the latter is filled with the desired quantity, the stopper (1) is presented in front of the bottle (3), the capsule (2) first.
The extreme dimension of this cap being slightly larger than the inside dimension of the bottle, it is necessary to apply a pressure in order to engage the cap in the neck of the bottle, pressure which will be followed at the appropriate time of the screwing of the cap on the bottle until fully closed.
The assembly is then ready for storage. All that remains is to unscrew the cap (1), the cap (2) is prevented from coming out of the neck of the bottle by the walls thereof and is detached from the cap (1) allowing the upper product to fall ( 4) in the lower product (5). Mixing can be done at this time, it only remains to unscrew the cap completely to be able to use the mixture obtained.
CLAIM
Packaging intended to contain two different products, solid or liquid, keeping them separate and automatically mixing them when it is opened, characterized by the fact that it comprises a bottle with a threaded neck, a cap that can be screwed onto this neck comprising in its axis a cylindrical housing which can pass through the neck and open towards the inside of the bottle, and a second flexible material stopper which closes this cylindrical housing, this second stopper comprising a collar with a diameter slightly greater than the neck the bottle so that the first stopper filled with the first product and closed by the second stopper can be forced into the neck of the bottle filled with the second product and then screwed onto it,
and that when one begins to unscrew the first stopper, said collar abuts internally at the base of the neck and causes the second stopper to be torn off allowing the two products to mix.
