Abstract

   La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif propre à contenir séparément deux produits et à en permettre le mélange immédiat au moment de l'emploi.



   Le but de l'invention est de réaliser un dispositif du genre indiqué ci-dessus, destiné à permettre d'une façon aisée et rapide le mélange de deux produits quelconques à l'intérieur d'un réceptacle à fermeture hermétique, par exemple le mélange d'une préparation médicamenteuse dans un solvant.



   Suivant l'invention, ce but est réalisé grâce à un dispositif comprenant, en combinaison, un récipient dans lequel est placé un premier produit, un bouchon en forme de réceptacle dans lequel est contenu le second produit et qui obture hermétiquement ledit récipient, ainsi que des moyens propres à déterminer, à volonté, la rupture du fond dudit réceptacle pour déterminer la chute du second produit à l'intérieur dudit récipient.



   Suivant une forme d'exécution de l'invention, les moyens de rupture précités dudit réceptacle sont constitués par un manchon cylindrique creux, coulissant hermétiquement à l'intérieur dudit réceptacle et se terminant à sa partie inférieure par un bord tranchant placé à une courte distance du fond du réceptacle et portant à l'extrémité opposée un poussoir d'actionnement. L'ensemble est renfermé dans une capsule de protection, de préférence métallique, qui recouvre ledit poussoir et se sertit sur le bord supérieur dudit récipient.



   L'invention sera maintenant décrite en se référant aux dessins annexés qui montrent à titre d'exemple non limitatif un mode préféré de réalisation de l'invention. Sur le dessin:
 La fig. 1 montre une vue en coupe du dispositif suivant l'invention.



   La fig. 2 montre une vue analogue du dispositif au moment du mélange des deux produits.



   Si   l'on    considère tout d'abord la fig. 1, on voit en 1 un récipient quelconque, par exemple un flacon de verre ou autre matériau, qui se termine par un col 2 muni d'un bord saillant ou bride 3. Dans l'espace intérieur 4 du récipient 1, on introduit un produit quelconque, par exemple un solvant.



   Le récipient 1 est fermé hermétiquement par un bouchon 5 en matière technologiquement adéquate, le fond de ce bouchon 5 étant fermé par une mince membrane 6 et formant à son tour un petit réceptacle interne 7 dans lequel se trouve une certaine quantité d'un second produit constitué, par exemple par une préparation pharmaceutique ou médicamenteuse. Entre le bouchon 5 et le bord saillant 3 du flacon 1 est placé un joint hermétique, par exemple sous forme d'une rondelle 8 en tout matériau approprié.



   Ainsi qu'il ressort de la fig. 1, le bouchon 5   recoit    intérieurement un manchon creux 9 dont l'extrémité intérieure est taillée en bec de flûte, c'est-à-dire en biseau ou suivant un plan oblique, afin d'engendrer un bord tranchant 10 situé près de la membrane 6. Le manchon 9 peut coulisser hermétiquement le long de la paroi cylindrique interne   1 1    du bouchon 5 et son extrémité supérieure se termine par un poussoir 12. Cet ensemble est recouvert par une capsule de protection 13, par exemple une capsule métallique à déchirer, qui se sertit sous le bord saillant ou bride 3.



   L'usage de ce dispositif est extrêmement simple. Après avoir arraché la capsule de fermeture 13 (fig. 2) on appuie sur le poussoir 12 jusqu'à ce que le bord tranchant 10 perfore la membrane 6. Le produit contenu en 7 tombe dans le récipient et   l'on    effectue le mélange. A ce moment, on peut retirer le bouchon 5.



   REVENDICATION



   Dispositif propre à contenir séparément deux produits et à permettre le mélange immédiat de ceux-ci au moment de l'emploi, notamment dans le cas de médicaments, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un récipient dans lequel est introduit un premier produit, un bouchon en forme de réceptacle dans lequel se place un second produit et qui obture hermétiquement ledit récipient, ainsi que des moyens propres à commander la rupture du fond dudit réceptacle afin de déterminer la chute du second produit dans ledit récipient.

 

   SOUS-REVENDICATIONS
 1. Dispositif selon la revendication, caractérisé en ce que les moyens pour produire la rupture du fond dudit réceptacle sont constitués par un manchon cylindrique creux coulissant hermétiquement dans ledit réceptacle et dont l'extrémité inférieure est constituée par un bord tranchant situé à une courte distance du fond du réceptacle, ce manchon présentant une extrémité supérieure en forme de poussoir de commande.



   2. Dispositif selon la sous-revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le poussoir émerge au-dessus du bord périphérique du bouchon et que l'ensemble est recouvert par une fermeture déchirable de protection.



   3. Dispositif selon la revendication, caractérisé en ce qu'un joint annulaire hermétique est disposé entre le bord du bouchon et le bord correspondant du récipient.

   According to one embodiment of the invention, the aforementioned breaking means of said receptacle are constituted by a hollow cylindrical sleeve, sliding hermetically inside said receptacle and terminating at its lower part with a sharp edge placed at a short distance. from the bottom of the receptacle and carrying at the opposite end an actuating pusher. The assembly is enclosed in a protective cap, preferably metallic, which covers said pusher and is crimped on the upper edge of said container.
