- the packaging device 1 with two compartments 2 and 3 according to the invention is obtained by engaging the ring 6 in the body 21.
- the body 21 is provided with an annular groove 26 on its inner face, while the ring 6 is provided with an annular rib 29 on its outer face, so that a snap is created when inserting the ring 6 into the body 21.
- the body 22 Prior to the insertion of the ring 6 on the body 21, it is expected that the body 22 is filled with a product distinct from the product contained in the primary compartment 2, this product may be liquid, pasty or granular.
- the mixing operation illustrated in figure 5 of the two products which are packaged separately and totally hermetic; is extremely simple for the user since it is sufficient, after having removed the tamperproof ring 20, to bear on the end surface 9 of the cap 5 which is transmitted to the rod 16 and causes a rupture of the partition wall 15 between the primary compartment 2 and the secondary compartment 3 .
- the primary compartment 2 is in communication with the secondary compartment 3 and the products that were stored separately can migrate through the opening 13 towards each other so as to constitute a cosmetic or medicinal solution ready for use. employment.
- This embodiment of the invention is quite advantageous since it is carried out in a completely confined enclosure without any contact with the ambient environment and possible contaminants.
- FIG 7 shows, in longitudinal section, an embodiment of the invention in which the conditioning device according to the invention is provided with the return means of the shutter 18.
- an elastic sleeve 36 is interposed between the skirt 12 of the ring 6 and the cap 5.
- the elastic sleeve 36 which is shown in isolation at the figure 9 may comprise a base 36a which inserted into the skirt 12 of the ring 6 and a chimney 36b in which the cylindrical stud 10 engages and abuts against the cap 5.
- the elastic ring 19 is made of an elastic material such as an elastomer, synthetic or natural.
- the device represented in Figures 7 to 12 has a shutter 18 which is forced into an opening in the partition wall.
- the seal between the primary compartment 2 and the secondary compartment 3 is not made by a breakable wall but is made by a tight fit between the shutter 18 and the opening 13 of the partition wall 15.
- the percutable zone is formed by the tight fit between the shutter 18 and the opening 13 of the partition wall 15.
- these two embodiments are substantially equivalent because they make it possible to ensure a tight separation between the primary 2 and secondary 3 compartments and they make apparent the opening of the shutter 18 after its first use. This point is important because there must be no communication between the primary 2 and secondary 3 compartments without a detectable intervention of a user.
- the shutter 18 can be molded with the partition wall by being connected by material bridges and then forcibly engaged in the opening 13.
- the tamperproof ring 20 can be, as shown in FIG. figure 7 , come molding with the cap 5.
- the figure 10 shows the primary compartment 2 of the device before it is struck.
- the Figures 11 and 12 show the device at the end of percussion.
- the elastic sleeve 36 is crushed.
- the elastic sleeve 36 exerts its return function and returns the rod and the shutter 18 to a position in which the shutter 18 abuts against the opening 13 formed in the partition wall, without being able to insert into the opening 13.
- the elastic sleeve 36 exerts a return on the shutter 18, which allows after reconstitution of the composition to prevent it from accessing the primary compartment. In some applications, it may be preferable to prevent the reconstituted composition from entering the primary compartment. It may be preferable for the proper flow of the composition to avoid it remaining in the primary compartment.
- the figure 13 shows another embodiment in which the function of returning the shutter 18 is performed by mechanical means.
- the cap 5 is provided on its inner face with a thread 42, while the ring receives a thread 43 complementary.
- This embodiment is based on the previous one, but is distinguished by the absence of this elastic return ring 19, this return being made mechanically by the threads 42 and 43.
- the partition wall 15 is struck by exerting pressure on the cap 5 and then engaging the threads 42 and 43 of the cap 5 and the ring 6.
- the shutter 18 is disengaged from the partition wall which puts in communication the primary compartment 2 and the secondary compartment 3.
- compartment 2 is not necessarily a breakable bulb.
- This compartment may comprise a pump with a plunger tube which makes it possible to extract the reconstituted product.
- the invention can be implemented in another embodiment which is illustrated in FIGS. Figures 14 to 17 .
- a bulb 1 according to this other embodiment comprises a primary compartment 2 and a secondary compartment 3 delimited in a sealed manner by a partition wall which has means of breaking thereof.
- bulb 1 has a primary body 22 which delimits the primary compartment 2 and a secondary body 23 which delimits the secondary compartment 3.
- the primary body 22 and secondary body 23 each have a frangible tip 24 respectively connected by a rupture zone 25.
- the primary body 22 and secondary 23 may be preferably made of plastic molded or blown but could possibly be made of glass.
- the bulb 1 is thus constituted by the primary body 22 and the secondary body 23 joined by a central ring 6 which ensures the joining of these two elements.
- figure 15 we can refer to figure 15 to appreciate more precisely the structure of the ring 6.
- the ring 6 comprises a partition wall 30 of annular shape. On either side of this partition wall 30 extend two cylindrical skirts 31 and 32.
- partition wall 30 protrudes radially from the two skirts 31 and 32 which are in alignment with one another.
- the partition wall 30 thus forms a shoulder that protrudes from the surface of the two skirts 31 and 32.
- skirts 31 and 32 are each provided with an annular rib 34 and 35.
- a particularity of the ring 28 is that it incorporates a rod 38 at its partition wall.
- the rod 38 is connected to the partition wall 30 by a connection zone of small thickness which, as will be seen below, behaves as means for breaking the rod 38 relative to the partition wall 30.
- the rod 38 has a shutter 40 which fits into an opening 41 formed in the partition wall 30 and is connected to the partition wall 30 by a bridge of thin material which constitutes a zone of weakness.
- the figure 16 shows the primary compartment 2 in its assembled configuration.
- the ring 6 receives a first product which, in the example shown, is present in the form of granules. This product is stored in the cavity delimited by the skirt 31 and closed by the primary body 22 which is engaged on the skirt 31.
- the tightness of the primary compartment 2 is achieved by a large overlap between the skirt 31 and the primary body 22.
- An inchtmontable snap is produced by the engagement of the annular rib 34 in a complementary annular groove 39 present in the primary body 22.
- a product for example a cosmetic or a pharmaceutical product, can be sealed in the primary compartment 2.
- the complete assembly of the device 1, as can be seen for example on the figure 5 is obtained by engaging the secondary body 23 on the ring 28.
- the secondary body 23 previously filled, for example of a liquid, receives the ring 28 by engagement of its skirt 31 in the secondary body 23.
- the device 1 thus comprises two compartments 2 and 3 which are separated from one another in a sealed manner and which can contain two products which must be mixed to reconstitute a composition for its application.
- a user can act on the rod 38 to obtain the rupture of the connection zone between the rod and the partition wall 15.
- the rod 38 can then be removed from the bulb 1, which makes it possible to create the opening 41 in the partition wall 30 through which the product contained in the primary compartment can migrate to the liquid product, in the example shown, which is contained in the secondary compartment.
- the ampoule is used to package two products that must be mixed to reconstitute a product at the time of its application.
- the rod of the obstruction means may be provided with an annular rib formed on its surface projecting from the rupture zone in order to snap into engagement with an annular rib formed in the surface. internal of the breakable head.

According to one aspect of the invention, it can be provided that the device comprises return means capable of returning the shutter against the opening to close the partition wall which delimits the primary compartment and the secondary compartment, after rupture of the percutable area.
According to one embodiment, the actuating means comprise a rod rigidly connected to the shutter so that an action on the rod causes a rupture of the breakable zone.
According to one possibility, the device has a ring separating the primary compartment and the secondary compartment integrating the partition wall and the shutter connected by a breakable zone.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the ring has a skirt on which engages a cap delimiting the primary compartment, the cap having a cylindrical stud engaged on the rod, the cap being able to slide on the skirt between a position d shutting of the partition wall and an opening position of the partition wall in which the rod impacts the breakable zone opening the opening and placing in communication the primary compartment and the secondary compartment.
In this embodiment of the invention, the mixture of the two products contained in the primary and secondary compartments is made without contact with the ambient environment.
It is expected that the device has a body having a breakable tip engaged on the ring and delimiting the secondary compartment, which allows the composition to flow after reconstitution.
In practice, the ring has an annular rib against which the body and the cap rest in the open position of the wall.
To prevent accidental percussion of the device, it is envisaged that a tamper-evident band is interposed between the cap and the annular rib whose dimension is at least equal to the stroke for breaking the percutable zone connecting the shutter to the wall of seperation.

The ring has a partition wall and a shutter, secured to the rod, connected to the partition wall by a bridge of breakable material thin.
In this embodiment, the primary body has a breakable tip for accessing the rod and the secondary body has a breakable tip for releasing a reconstituted composition present in the secondary compartment.
To allow its grip, the rod enters the breakable tip, which allows access to the rod after breaking the tip.
According to a percutable zone is constituted by a material bridge which connects the shutter to the partition wall.
According to another possibility, the percutable zone is formed by a tight fit between the shutter and the partition wall.

For the sake of simplification, the elements of the invention which are common to its various embodiments have the same references.
In this embodiment of the device, the mixture of the two products, in particular cosmetic or medicinal, is effected in a completely watertight manner. In other words, there is no contact with the ambient air during mixing between the two products as will be described.
The
The
In a very original way, the
The junction between the
The zone of weakness formed by the
It is provided a radial adjustment between the
The
For this, it is expected that the
Prior to the insertion of the
In this state, the
Ainsi, la tige 16 et son obturateur 18 restent solidaires du capuchon 5, ce qui évite qu'ils migrent vers le compartiment secondaire 3.It should be noted that during the percussion of the
This embodiment of the invention is quite advantageous since it is carried out in a completely confined enclosure without any contact with the ambient environment and possible contaminants.

In functional terms, these two embodiments are substantially equivalent because they make it possible to ensure a tight separation between the primary 2 and secondary 3 compartments and they make apparent the opening of the

In practice, the user must exert a high pressure on the cap to separate the
During the engagement of the
The

In this embodiment, it is provided that the
The implementation of the device in this embodiment is similar.
By rotating the cap, it is possible to open and close the opening of the partition wall.
It should be noted that the
The
The
It may be noted that the
In the vicinity of the
A particularity of the

La reconstitution s'obtient, comme cela est illustré à la figure 18.The reconstitution is obtained, as illustrated in Figure 18.
Thus, a user can act on the
In this second embodiment, the ampoule is used to package two products that must be mixed to reconstitute a product at the time of its application.
In a not shown embodiment, the rod of the obstruction means may be provided with an annular rib formed on its surface projecting from the rupture zone in order to snap into engagement with an annular rib formed in the surface. internal of the breakable head. Thus, when the user separates the breakable head from the body, the two annular ribs cooperate to extract the rod and thus the obstruction means out of the body of the bulb.
Thus, the
Of course the examples of embodiments mentioned above are not limiting in nature and further improvements can be made to the
