Claims (17)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Verpackung mit einer binären Zusammensetzung, wobei die Vorrichtung eine primäre (2) Abteilung umfasst, die ein erstes Produkt enthält, und eine sekundäre (3) Abteilung, die ein zweites Produkt enthält, wobei die primäre Abteilung (2) und die sekundäre Abteilung (3) auf dichte Weise durch eine Trennwand (15, 30) begrenzt sind, umfassend eine Öffnung, die durch einen Pfropfen verschlossen ist (18), verbunden mit der Trennwand durch einen einschlagbaren Bereich, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Pfropfen (18) ein integrales Stück mit Betätigungsmitteln bildet, die ermöglichen, den einschlagbaren Bereich zu brechen, um die Öffnung freizusetzen und die primäre Abteilung (2) mit dem sekundären Abteilung (2) zu verbinden.
  2. Vorrichtung (1) zur Verpackung mit einer binären Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betätigungsmittel einen Schaft (16, 38) umfassen, der starr mit dem Pfropfen verbunden ist, so dass eine Einwirkung auf den Schaft zu einem Bruch des einschlagbaren Bereichs führt.

Vorrichtung (1) zur Verpackung mit einer binären Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung einen Ring (6) aufweist, der die primäre Abteilung (2) und die sekundäre Abteilung (3) trennt und die Trennwand und den Pfropfen, verbunden durch einen einschlagbaren Bereich, integriert.

Vorrichtung (1) zur Verpackung mit einer binären Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ring (6) einen Mantel (12) aufweist, auf den eine Kappe (5) eingreift, die die primäre Abteilung (2) begrenzt, wobei die Kappe (5) einen zylindrischen Zapfen (10) aufweist, der auf den Schaft (16) eingreift, wobei die Kappe (5) auf dem Mantel (12) zwischen einer Verschlussposition der Trennwand und einer Öffnungsposition der Trennwand gleiten kann, wobei der Schaft (16) auf den einschlagbaren Bereich einschlägt und die Öffnung öffnet und die primäre Abteilung (2) mit der sekundären Abteilung (3) verbindet.
  5. Vorrichtung (1) zur Verpackung mit einer binären Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung Rückholmittel umfasst, die den Pfropfen gegen die Öffnung zurückbringen können, um die Trennwand, die die primäre Abteilung (2) und die sekundäre Abteilung (3) trennt, nach dem Bruch des einschlagbaren Bereichs erneut zu schließen.

Vorrichtung (1) zur Verpackung mit einer binären Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastische Muffe (36) eine Basis umfasst, die in den Mantel (12) des Rings (6) eingeführt ist, und einen Kamin, in den der zylindrische Zapfen eingreift und auf der Kappe (5) aufliegt.
  8. Vorrichtung (1) zur Verpackung mit einer binären Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kappe (5) auf ihrer inneren Seite mit einem Gewinde versehen ist, das durch die Drehung der Kappe (5) ermöglicht, den Pfropfen gegen die Trennwand zurückzuholen.
  9. Vorrichtung (1) zur Verpackung mit einer binären Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ring (6) eine ringförmige Rippe (14) aufweist, gegen die der Körper (21) und die Kappe (5) in der Öffnungsposition der Wand aufliegen.
  10. Vorrichtung (1) zur Verpackung mit einer binären Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Garantieband (20) zwischen die Kappe (5) und die ringförmige Rippe (14) eingeschoben ist, dessen Abmessung mindestens gleich dem Weg ist, der ermöglicht, den einschlagbaren Bereich einzuschlagen, der den Pfropfen (18) mit der Trennwand verbindet.
  11. Vorrichtung (1) zur Verpackung mit einer binären Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung einen Körper (23) aufweist, der eine trennbare Tülle (24) umfasst, die auf den Ring (6) eingreift und die sekundäre Abteilung (3) begrenzt.
  12. Vorrichtung (1) zur Verpackung mit einer binären Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung einen primären Körper (22) und einen sekundären Körper (23) aufweist, die auf jedes Ende eines Rings (28) eingreifen.
  13. Vorrichtung (1) zur Verpackung mit einer binären Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ring (28) eine Trennwand (30) und einen Pfropfen (40) aufweist, der fest mit dem Schaft (38) verbinden ist, der durch eine Materialbrücke mit geringer Dicke mit der Trennwand (30) verbunden ist.
  14. Vorrichtung (1) zur Verpackung mit einer binären Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der primäre Körper (22) eine trennbare Tülle (24) aufweist, die ermöglicht, auf den Schaft (38) zuzugreifen, und dadurch, dass der sekundäre Körper (23) eine trennbare Tülle (24) aufweist, die ermöglicht, eine wieder hergestellte Zusammensetzung, die in der sekundären Abteilung (3) vorhanden ist, freizugeben.
  15. Vorrichtung (1) zur Verpackung mit einer binären Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schaft (38) in die trennbare Tülle (24) eindringt.
  16. Vorrichtung (1) zur Verpackung mit einer binären Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der einschlagbare Bereich aus einer Materialbrücke gebildet ist, die den Pfropfen (18) mit der Trennwand (15) verbindet.
  17. Vorrichtung (1) zur Verpackung mit einer binären Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der einschlagbare Bereich aus einer Presspassung zwischen dem Pfropfen (18) und der Trennwand (15) gebildet ist.
