Description

  

  Limiteur de pression.    L'objet de la présente invention est un  limiteur de pression.     ll    est caractérisé en ce  qu'il comporte dans un cylindre creux, une  plaque     déformable    obturant normalement un  conduit destiné à servir de conduit d'échappe  ment pour un récipient contenant un fluide  sous pression, ladite plaque étant susceptible,  sous l'effet d'une pression dépassant une  certaine valeur, de se déplacer en laissant  échapper le fluide comprimé par le conduit  susmentionné, des moyens étant prévus assu  rant, en marche normale, l'étanchéité dudit  conduit.  



  Le dessin annexé montre, à titre d'exem  ple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de l'in  vention.  



  La     fig.    1 en est une vue en coupe en  élévation, et  La     fig.    2 est une vue en plan par-dessous  de l'élément extérieur du cylindre creux.  



  Le limiteur de pression représenté com  prend un cylindre creux constitué à l'aide de  deux éléments 1 et 2 assemblés au moyen    d'un filetage 3; l'élément 2 constituant la  vis comporte une bride permettant de le souder  sur     titi    épaulement 4 en regard d'un orifice 5  d'un récipient 6 contenant     titi    fluide comprimé;  l'élément 1 constituant l'écrou comporte une  battue 7, contre laquelle, art moyen de l'élé  ment 1, est serrée une plaque     déformable    8.  Entre cette dernière et l'élément 1 susmen  tionné est placée une bague 9, en caoutchouc  par exemple, assurant l'étanchéité du joint  compris entre les éléments 1 et 2.

   Le conduit  d'échappement 10, normalement obturé par  la plaque 8, peut, lorsque la pression du fluide  contenu dans le récipient 6 dépasse une cer  taine valeur, mettre en communication ledit  récipient avec l'extérieur; ledit conduit com  porte à son extrémité extérieure une partie  rétrécie 11 dont l'orifice 12 est protégé inté  rieurement au moyen d'une pièce recourbée  13, de façon que ledit orifice ne puisse être  obturé par la plaque     déformable    8 lorsque  cette dernière, sous l'effet d'une surpression  survenue dans le récipient 6, est projetée vers  l'extrémité 14 du conduit 10.

        Le fonctionnement du limiteur de pression  représenté est le suivant:  Lorsque, dans le récipient 6, la pression  du     fluide    dépasse une limite déterminée, la  plaque     déformable    8, une feuille de cuivre  par exemple, sous l'effet de la pression se  déforme, puis finalement est projetée vers la  partie 14 du conduit 10, et le fluide contenu  dans le récipient peut alors s'échapper par  l'orifice 12.  



  Il suffit de dévisser l'élément 1 du cylin  dre et de changer la plaque 8 pour permettre  au limiteur de pression de fonctionner à  nouveau.  



  Le limiteur de pression représenté     petit     être     avantageusement    adapté à un réservoir  d'air comprimé, tel que celui qui est placé  dans une boille à sulfater, l'air contenu dans  ledit réservoir étant destiné à chasser vers  le pulvérisateur le liquide contenu dans la       boille    susmentionnée.

  The pressure relief valve shown com takes a hollow cylinder constituted by means of two elements 1 and 2 assembled by means of a thread 3; the element 2 constituting the screw comprises a flange making it possible to weld it on titi shoulder 4 opposite an orifice 5 of a container 6 containing titi compressed fluid; the element 1 constituting the nut comprises a battue 7, against which, by means of the element 1, is clamped a deformable plate 8. Between the latter and the aforementioned element 1 is placed a ring 9, made of rubber for example, ensuring the tightness of the gasket between elements 1 and 2.

   The exhaust duct 10, normally closed by the plate 8, can, when the pressure of the fluid contained in the container 6 exceeds a certain value, put said container in communication with the outside; said conduit com carries at its outer end a narrowed portion 11, the orifice 12 of which is internally protected by means of a curved part 13, so that said orifice cannot be blocked by the deformable plate 8 when the latter, under the The effect of an overpressure in the container 6 is projected towards the end 14 of the pipe 10.

        The operation of the pressure limiter shown is as follows: When, in the receptacle 6, the pressure of the fluid exceeds a determined limit, the deformable plate 8, a sheet of copper for example, under the effect of the pressure is deformed, then finally is projected towards the part 14 of the conduit 10, and the fluid contained in the container can then escape through the orifice 12.



  It suffices to unscrew the element 1 from the cylinder dre and to change the plate 8 to allow the pressure relief valve to operate again.



  The pressure limiter shown as small, being advantageously adapted to a compressed air tank, such as that which is placed in a sulphate ball, the air contained in said tank being intended to expel the liquid contained in the aforementioned ball towards the sprayer. .
