COMPOSIÇÃO QUE CONFERE AROMA OU FLAVOR, E, ALIMENTO. É divulgado um método para conferir aroma e flavor a um alimento. Uma composição que confere aroma e flavor contendo metional, dienais e tiazóis, em que o teor de metional (A: partes em peso), o teor de dienal (B: partes em peso) e o teor de tiazol (C: partes em peso) satisfazem a seguinte relação: desde que A+B+C=100, 0(menor ou igual)A(menor ou igual)100, 0(menor ou igual)B(menor ou igual)100 e 0(menor ou igual)C(menor ou igual)60.
