Abstract

ARTIGO DE EMPACOTAMENTO DE ABERTURA FÁCIL FEITO PELÍCULA CONTRÁTIL COM CALOR EXIBINDO RASGO DIRECIONAL. A presente invenção refere-se a um artigo de empacotamento que tem iniciadores de rasgo para iniciar um rasgo manual que pode ser propagado para abrir um pacote e permitir que um produto seja prontamente removido dele, sem o uso de uma faca ou tesoura ou qualquer outro acessório. O artigo de empacotamento é feito de uma película de múltiplas camadas contrátil com calor tendo pelo menos uma camada contendo uma mistura de polímero incompatível e/ou uma camada contendo um enchimento inorgânico e/ou uma camada tendo um alto módulo de Young. A película tem uma resistência ao impacto de carga de pico de pelo menos 50 Newtons por mil. Os inciadores de rasgo podem ser usados para gerar manuais na direção de máquina para abrir o pacote, com o rasgo manual na direção de máquina podendo propagar na direção de máquina para a borda oposta do artigo de empacotamento. Um processo para fabricar um pacote e abrir manualmente o pacote é também descrito.
