Abstract

MÉTODO DE TESTE E APARELHO PARA ISOLANTE DE VELA. É fornecido um método de teste para detecção da presença ou ausência de um defeito em um isolante de vela, incluindo um processo de determinação de voltagem de referência, um processo de determinação de área de teste, um processo de determinação de voltagem de teste e um processo de detecção de corrente. No processo de determinação de voltagem de referência, uma voltagem de referência VF é determinada. Nos processos de determinação de área de teste e voltagem, a área de teste e a voltagem são determinadas de forma a não incorrer em uma faiscação com base em um isolante de referência do mesmo material, formato e tamanho que o isolante de vela quando o isolante de referência é colocado na posição entre os primeiro e segundo eletrodos de teste. Na etapa de detecção de corrente, a voltagem de teste é aplicada entre os primeiro e segundo eletrodos de teste para detectar uma corrente elétrica entre os primeiro e segundo eletrodos de teste.
