Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se um método para processar substratos (1), onde a) um substrato (1) é fornecido com: - um revestimento eletricamente condutor (2), - ao menos uma linha de isolamento (3), - ao menos uma primeira (2.1) e uma segunda sub-região (2.2) do revestimento (2), entre as quais corre uma linha de isolamento (3), - opcionalmente, ao menos um defeito (3.1) com uma proporção inferior a 10% da área de superfície total da linha de isolamento (3), b) um primeiro contato elétrico (4.1) é conectado à primeira sub-região (2.1) e um segundo contato elétrico (4.2) é conectado à segunda sub-região (2.2), c) uma tensão un é aplicada entre o primeiro contato elétrico (4.1) e o segundo contato elétrico (4.2), d) uma medição é realizada para detectar se uma corrente elétrica está fluindo entre a primeira (2.1) e a segunda sub-região (2.2), e) se uma corrente está fluindo, as etapas c) e d) são repetidas com uma tensão maior ou igual a un, até que uma corrente não possa mais ser medida na etapa d).
