aparelho de medição, método e programa de computador. a presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho de medição para enumeração de partículas de glóbulos brancos em uma amostra compreendendo: um prendedor, que está disposto para receber um dispositivo de aquisição de amostra que prende uma amostra, um sistema de imagem, compreendendo um dispositivo de ampliação e pelo menos um dispositivo de aquisição de imagem, o dito sistema de imagem estando disposto para adquirir pelo menos uma imagem digital da amostra, e um analisador de imagem, que está disposto para analisar imagem digital, para identificar partículas ou glóbulos brancos e determinar o número de partículas ou glóbulos brancos e que está disposto para analisar a imagem gigital para identificar partículas ou glóbulos brancos que estejam retratados no foco, determinar os tipos dessas partículas ou glóbulos brancos, os tipos sendo distringuido pelos característica físicas e determinado a proporção de tipos diferentesde partículas ou glóbulos brancos.
