Abstract

PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA. INFLUENCIAR ESPECIFICAMENTE A GEOMETRIA DE TIRAS DESBASTADAS EM UM LAMINADOR DESBASTADOR. Quando da laminação a quente, resultam na operação de laminação eventualmente reduções de passe de magnitude distante pelo comprimento da fenda de laminação (pela largura da tira), as quais devem ser atribuidas a alterações da dureza do material de laminação, da própria fenda de laminação ou da geometria do material de laminação em entrada. Essas reduções de passe de distinta magnitude conduzem então a deflexões laterais e movimentos de deslocamento do material de laminação no laminador e a uma curvatura da tira quente em saída. Para se evitar esses erros influenciando-se especificamente a geometria da tira desbastada, se propõe, de acordo com a invenção, conectar de tal maneira entre si em ao menos um laminador desbastador (1) mediante correspondentes regulagens um ajuste dinâmico no laminador desbastador (1) com guias laterais (8, 9) rápidas e fortes antes e depois do laminador desbastador (1) que em um ou vários passes especificamente, reversamente ou em operação contínua, um lingote (4) acutilado ou em cunha é convertido em uma tira desbastada (5) reta e isenta de cunha.
