Abstract

"LAMINADOR A QUENTE STECKEL". A invenção se refere a umlaminador a quente Steckel compreendendo no mínimo umacadeira de laminação reversível (1), bem como bobinadeiras (6,7)que são posicionadas a montante e a jusante e apresentamacionamento controlados por torque. o objetivo da invenção éaperfeiçoar o laminador a quente que neutraliza otimamentevariações na tensão e/ou fluxo da massa causada por mudançasnos parâmetros de processo e permite laminação a quente deótima qualidade, especialmente de tiras laminadas a quente muitofinas. A invenção prevê o posicionamento de um rolo tensor (8,9)entre as duas bobinadeiras (6,7) e a cadeira de laminaçãoreversível (1), que fornece os valores reais para ajustar a tensão eo fluxo de massa.
