Abstract
"TINTAS CURáVEIS POR RADIAçãO CONTENDO ADITIVOS GELATINIZANTES CURáVEIS". A presente invenção refere-se a uma tinta preferivelmente usada em um dispositivo a jato de tinta piezoelétrico inclui um veículo de tinta que inclui pelo menos um monómero curável, pelo menos um gelatinizante orgânico polimerizável, pelo menos um iniciador, pelo menos um colorante é opcionalmente pelo menos um agente gelatinizante não-reativo de baixa massa molecular e/ou pelo menos um solvente térmico. O uso do gelatinizante curável permite à tinta formar um estado de gel contendo uma viscosidade de pelo menos 10¬ 2,5¬ cps a temperaturas muito baixas de cerca de 30<198>C até cerca de 50<198>C. A tinta pode portanto ser ejetada a baixas temperaturas de cerca de 50<198>C até cerca de 90<198>C. A tinta é aquecida a uma primeira temperatura acima do ponto de gel da tinta, ejetada em uma superfície mantida a uma segunda temperatura na qual a tinta forma um estado de gel e, quando no substrato recebedor de imagem, a tinta é exposta à energia de radiação para polimerizar os componentes polimerizáveis da tinta.
