エコフレックス00-30A及びドラゴンスキン30Aは、スムースオン社(米国)から購入した一方、シルガード184は、ダウコーニング社(米国)から入手した。ペンタエリスリトールテトラキス(3-メルカプトプロピオナート)(4SHと略記)及び9-ビニルカルバゾール(促進剤と略記)は、シグマアルドリッチ(Sigma-Aldrich)社(スイス)から購入した。1-ヒドロキシシクロヘキシルフェニルケトン(HHPKと略記)は、TCI社(日本)によって提供され、シラノール-トリメチルシリル変性Q樹脂(Q樹脂と略記)は、ゲレスト(Gelest)社(米国)から購入した。疎水性ヒュームドシリカHDK H18及び親水性ヒュームドシリカV15は、ワッカー社(ドイツ)から供給され、亜麻短繊維は、ルスマン(Ruthmann)社(ドイツ)によって提供された。繊維疎水化のために、ABCR社(ドイツ)からのクロロトリス(トリメチルシロキシ)シラン(CTSと略記)を使用し、シグマアルドリッチ社(スイス)からのピリジン95%と組み合わせた。

- 複数のアルケニル基を有するポリシロキサン(A)と、複数のチオール基を有する架橋剤(B)とを含み、前記複数のアルケニル基を有するポリシロキサンと、前記複数のチオール基を有する架橋剤とがエマルジョンを形成することを特徴とする、付加製造インク組成物であって、
前記複数のアルケニル基を有するポリシロキサンが前記エマルジョンの連続相を形成し、前記複数のチオール基を有する架橋剤が不連続相を形成し、前記複数のチオール基を有する架橋剤が3つ又は4つのチオール基を有するペンタエリスリトールの誘導体である、前記付加製造インク組成物。 - 前記架橋剤が、放射又は温度変化に対する曝露の際に、活性化できることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の付加製造インク組成物。

- 前記付加製造インク組成物が、前記付加製造インク組成物に対して、及び/又は、前記付加製造インク組成物の流れに沿って又は前記付加製造インク組成物の堆積後の繊維に付与される任意の方向に沿って、磁界又は電界に対する曝露によって配向できる強化繊維に対して、導電性を付与するのに十分な量の導電性材料を更に含むことを特徴とする、及び/又は、前記付加製造インク組成物が生体適合性であることを特徴とする、請求項1~14のいずれかに記載の付加製造インク組成物。
- 請求項1~15のいずれかに記載の付加製造インク組成物を製造するための方法であって、前記複数のアルケニル基を有するポリシロキサンと前記複数のチオール基を有する架橋剤とが、エマルジョンに形成され、前記複数のアルケニル基を有するポリシロキサンが、前記エマルジョンの連続相を形成し、前記複数のチオール基を有する架橋剤が、不連続層を形成することを特徴とする、方法。
- 空気圧ソフトロボティクスアクチュエータ、医療用インプラント、ドラッグデリバリーデバイス、エネルギー貯蔵デバイス、シーリングデバイス、コスメティックデバイス又はフレキシブルエレクトロニクスデバイスなどのマルチマテリアルオブジェクトの付加製造における、請求項1~15のいずれかに記載の付加製造インク組成物の使用。
- 付加製造装置用に構成されたインク容器であって、前記容器が請求項1~15のいずれかに記載の、ある量の付加製造インク組成物を含むことを特徴とする、インク容器。
- 前記付加製造装置が、直接インク書き込み装置であることを特徴とする、請求項18に記載のインク容器。
- カートリッジである、請求項18又は19に記載のインク容器。
- 請求項1~15のいずれかに記載の付加製造インク組成物からオブジェクトを付加製造する方法であって、前記オブジェクトが、付加製造インク組成物の層を分配又は形成した後、付加製造インク組成物の更なる層を分配又は形成する前に、紫外/可視放射に対する曝露によって、又は温度変化に対する曝露によって、前記層を架橋することによって製造され、かつ、前記層が、前記架橋剤、ポリシロキサン又は固体粒子に関する重量又は化学的性質によって、異なる組成の付加製造インクを含む複数の層の領域から形成されることを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項1~15のいずれかに記載の付加製造インク組成物からオブジェクトを付加製造する方法であって、前記オブジェクトが、付加製造インク組成物の層を分配又は形成した後、付加製造インク組成物の更なる層を分配又は形成する前に、365nm~420nmの波長を有する放射に対する曝露によって、又は温度変化に対する曝露によって、前記層を架橋することによって製造され、かつ、前記層が、前記架橋剤、ポリシロキサン又は固体粒子に関する重量又は化学的性質によって、異なる組成の付加製造インクを含む複数の層の領域から形成されることを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項1~15のいずれかに記載の付加製造インク組成物からマルチマテリアルオブジェクトを付加製造する方法であって、前記オブジェクトが、まず、成形体オブジェクト又はその一部が形成されるまで、ノズルから付加製造インク組成物の複数の層を分配又は形成し、その後、紫外/可視放射に対する曝露によって、又は温度変化に対する曝露によって、前記成形体オブジェクト又はその一部の複数の層を架橋することによって製造され、かつ、前記複数の層が、それぞれ、前記架橋剤、ポリシロキサン又は固体粒子に関する重量又は化学的性質によって、異なる組成の付加製造インクを含む複数の層の領域から形成されることを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項1~15のいずれかに記載の付加製造インク組成物からマルチマテリアルオブジェクトを付加製造する方法であって、前記オブジェクトが、まず、成形体オブジェクト又はその一部が形成されるまで、ノズルから付加製造インク組成物の複数の層を分配又は形成し、その後、365nm~420nmの波長を有する放射又は温度変化に対する曝露によって、前記成形体オブジェクト又はその一部の複数の層を架橋することによって製造され、かつ、前記複数の層が、それぞれ、前記架橋剤、ポリシロキサン又は固体粒子に関する重量又は化学的性質によって、異なる組成の付加製造インクを含む複数の層の領域から形成されることを特徴とする、方法。
- 前記分配又は形成と同時に、前記架橋を行うことを特徴とする請求項23又は24に記載のマルチマテリアルオブジェクトを付加製造する方法。
