Abstract

"COMPOSIçãO DE REVESTIMENTO DE CURA A BAIXA TEMPERATURA E MéTODO PARA A MESMA". Um método para uma cura a baixa temperatura de uma composição de revestimento compreendendo: aplicação a um substrato de uma composição de revestimento de cura a baixa temperatura que consiste essencialmente em um componente formador de película que consiste essencialmente em um componente polimérico não-carbamato-funcional selecionado do grupo que consiste em polímeros de poliéster, de poliéster modificados por silicone, de poliuretano, acrílicos, alquídicos, de epóxi, de poliamida, fenólicos e de polissilano e suas misturas; um componente de reticulação para reticular o componente polimérico não-carbamato-funcional; um catalisador selecionado do grupo que consiste em ácidos de Lewis, ácido perfluoroacético, catalisador de ácido metano sulfónico e suas misturas; e aditivos selecionados do grupo que consiste em solventes, agentes de controle de fluxo, pigmentos, resinas de flexibilização, tensoativos, ceras, agentes de umectação, plastificantes, antioxidantes, absorvedores de luz UV e suas misturas, e submissão do substrato revestido a uma temperatura de cura de entre 137<198>C e 232<198>C (280<198>F e 450<198>F), por um tempo suficiente para curar o revestimento.
