Abstract

COMPOSIçãO DE RESINA DE MICHAEL CURáVEL POR UV, PARA UM SUBSTRATO PLáSTICO, MéTODO DE USAR A MESMA, SUBSTRATO, E, DISPOSITIVO. A invenção aqui detalhada compreende uma família de formulações de revestimento curáveis por radiação especificamente para substratos de plástico. Estas formulações de revestimento são baseadas em resinas de acrilato multifuncionais formadas pela reação de monómeros de acrilato e oligómeros com <225>-ceto ésteres (por exemplo acetoacetatos), <225>-dicetonas (por exemplo 2,4-pentanodiona), <225>-ceto amidas (por exemplo acetoacetanilida, acetoacetamida) e/ou outros compostos <225>-dicarbonila que podem participar na reação de adição de Michael. Uma novidade essencial destas resinas de revestimento é que elas irão curar sob condições de cura em UV padrões sem a adição de fotoiniciadores tradicionais. Outros materiais, tanto reativos (acrilatos convencionais) como não reativos por exemplo solventes) também podem ser incorporados nos oligómeros de resina para melhorar as propriedades de revestimentos em substratos de plástico rígido. Estes materiais incluem vários monómeros e oligómeros acrílicos, aminas primárias, secundárias e terciárias, monómeros, oligómeros, silicones, ceras e elastómeros ácido-funcionais, dentre outros. Os revestimentos com base nestas novas resinas de acrilato multifuncionais demonstram excelente adesão e controle do encolhimento, flexibilidade, resistência a solventes, resistência a riscamentos e avarias, resistência a impacto, cor, e durabilidade em uma ampla faixa de materiais plásticos. Estes revestimentos podem ser curados via meios químicos, termicamente, ou por exposição a UV ou radiação de feixes de elétrons.
