Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA PRODUçãO DE REVESTIMENTOS DE MATERIAIS DE REVESTIMENTO ENDURECìVEIS TERMICAMENTE E COM RADIAçãO ACTìNICA". Processo para produção de revestimentos de materiais de revestimento endurecíveis termicamente e com radiação actínica, sobre substratos dotados ou não de pintura de fundo, por (1) aplicação de pelo menos um material de revestimento endurecível termicamente e com radiação actínica sobre o substrato dotado ou não de pintura de fundo, com o que resulta uma camada do material de revestimento, e (2) endurecimento da camada com calor e radiação actínica, caracterizado pelo fato de que é usado um material de revestimento, que consiste em A) compostos, que na média estatística contêm pelo menos um grupo isocianato livre e pelo menos uma ligação ativável com radiação actínica, por molécula, e B) polímeros de (met)acrilato, que contêm grupos hidroxila, bem como, opcionalmente, C) aditivos, escolhidos do grupo, que consiste em pigmentos, materiais de enchimento, transparentes ou opacos, nanopartículas, aglutinantes, diluentes reativos, reticuladores para o endurecimento térmico, solventes, água, absorvedores de UV, fotoprotetores, seq³estrantes de radicais, iniciadores, catalisadores para a reticulação térmica, agentes de desaeração, aditivos de deslizamento, inibidores de polimerização, desespumantes, emulsificantes, reticuladores e agentes de dispersão, agentes de adesividade, agentes de fusão, agentes auxiliares formadores de película, sag control agents (SCA), aditivos controladores de reologia (espessantes), agentes de proteção contra chamas, sicativos, agentes de secagem, inibidores de película, inibidores de corrosão, ceras e agentes de mateamento.
