Abstract

AçO PARA MOLAS E ARAME DE AçO DE ALTA RESISTêNCIA A presente invenção refere-se a um aço para molas usado para arame de aço para molas alcançando tanto alta resistência quanto e capacidade de bobinamento a frio e um arame de aço para molas, isto é, arame para molas contendo, em % em massa, C: 0,45 a 0,70%, Si: 1,0 a 3,0%, Mn: 0,05 a 2,0%, P: 0,015% ou menos, S: 0,015% ou menos, N: 0,0015 a 0,0200%, e t-O: 0,0002 a 0,01 e também limitando AI<243>0,01% e Ti<243> 0,003%. Além disso, é caracterizado par satisfazer o seguinte em relação aos catonetos esféricos à base de cementita presentes em um plano observado, uma razão de área ocupada de grãos com um diâmetro de círculo equivalente de 0,2<109>m ou mais de 7% ou menos, uma densidade de presença de grãos com um diâmetro de circulo equivalente de 0,2 a 3<109>m, de 1/<109>m¬ 2¬ ou menos, e uma densidade de presença de grãos com um diâmetro de círculo equivalente de 3 <109>m ou mais, de 0,001/<109>m¬ ¬ ou menos, tendo um número de tamanho de grão de austenita anterior de n 10 ou maior e uma austenita residual de 15% em massa ou menos, e tendo uma razão de área de regiões pobres com uma pequena densidade de presença de carbonetos à base de cementita de diâmetro de circulo equivalente de 2 <109>m ou mais, de 3% ou menos.
