Abstract

"PIRIDONAS SUBSTITUìDAS COMO INIBIDORES DE POLI(ADP-RIBOSE) POLIMERASE (PARP)". A presente invenção revela e reivindica uma série de derivados de piridona 2,3,5-substituída como definidos aqui. Esta invenção também diz respeito aos métodos de fazer estes compostos. Os compostos desta invenção são inibidores de poli(adenosina 5'-difosfato ribose) polimerase (PARP) e são portanto úteis como agentes farmacêuticos, especialmente no tratamento e/ou prevenção de uma variedade de doenças, incluindo doenças associadas ao sistema nervoso central e distúrbios cardiovasculares.
