Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una serie de derivados de piridona 2,3,5-sustituidos de fórmula I en la que R, R1, R2, R3 y R4 son tales como se definieron en la Memoria Descriptiva, y a métodos para fabricar estos compuestos. Los compuestos de esta invención son inhibidores de la poli(adenosina 5' -difosfato ribosa)-polimerasa (PARP) y son útiles como agentes farmacéuticos en el tratamiento y/o prevención de una diversidad de enfermedades, incluyendo enfermedades asociadas con el sistema nervioso central, y trastornos cardiovasculares.
