Abstract
"ADSORçãO DE áCIDOS NUCLéICOS PARA UMA FASE SóLIDA". A presente invenção refere-se a um método para adsorção, isto é, ligação não-covalentemente de ácidos nucléicos a uma fase sólida usando um procedimento de duas etapas. Ainda, a presente invenção refere-se a um método para isolamento de ácidos nucléicos a partir de uma amostra biológica. Na primeira etapa do procedimento, a lise é realizada misturando a amostra biológica com um tampão de lise aquoso contendo um agente caotrópico e incubação da mistura; na segunda etapa, a concentração do agente caotrópico na mistura é aumentada e a mistura é contatada com a fase sólida, com o que os ácidos nucléicos na fase líquida são adsorvidos na fase sólida.
