Abstract
"FIBRILAS DE ARAMIDA, MéTODO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE FIBRILAS, E, PAPEL". A invenção refere-se a fibrilas de aramida tendo, na fase úmida, um valor de Liberação Padrão Canadense (CSF) inferior a 100 ml, após secagem de uma área superficial específica (SSA) inferior a 7 m¬ 2¬/g, e um comprimento pesado em peso para partículas tendo um comprimento > 250 <109>m (WL 0,25) inferior a 1,2 mm, e a um método para preparar as fibrilas que compreende os estágios a. polimerização de uma diamina aromática e de um halogeneto de ácido dicarboxílico aromático para um polímero de aramida, em uma mistura de N-metilpirrolidona ou dimetil-acetamida e cloreto de cálcio ou cloreto de lítio para obter uma solução a ser fiada, em que o polímero é dissolvido na mistura e a concentração de polímero é de 2 a 6%, em peso, b. conversão da solução a ser fiada a fibrilas através do uso de um bocal de fiação a jato sob uma corrente de gás e c. coagulação das fibrilas usando um jato de coagulação.
