Abstract
"MéTODOS PARA A FABRICAçãO, USO E COMPOSIçãO DE PARTìCULAS ESFéRICAS PEQUENAS PREPARADAS MEDIANTE A SEPARAçãO DE FASE CONTROLADA". A presente invenção refere-se a um método para a preparação de partículas esféricas pequenas de um agente ativo por fomecer uma solução em uma fase líquida única. A fase líquida única compreende um agente ativo, um agente de intensificação de separação de fase, e um primeiro solvente. Uma mudança de fase é induzida em uma taxa controlada na solução para motivar uma separação de fase líquida-sólida do agente ativo e para formar uma fase sólida e uma fase líquida. A fase sólida compreende partículas esféricas pequenas sólidas do agente ativo. A fase líquida compreende o agente de intensificação de separação de fase e o solvente. As partículas esféricas pequenas são substancialmente esféricas tendo um tamanho de cerca de 0,01 <109>m a cerca de 200 <109>m.
