Abstract
"DISPOSITIVO DE PáRA-CHOQUE PARA UM VEìCULO, EM PARTICULAR, PARA UM VEìCULO AUTOMOTOR". A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de pára-choque (1) para um veículo, em particular, para um veículo automotor, com, pelo menos, um suporte transversal do pára-choque (3, 28), na área da extremidade frontal do veículo (2) que passa na direção transversal do veículo, e com um revestimento do pára-choque (5, 29), que forma o forro exterior do dispositivo de pára-choque (1), sendo que, pelo menos, uma parte de inserção (4, 18, 31) absorvente de energia, que no estado montado está disposta, pelo menos, parcialmente, entre o suporte transversal do pára-choque (3, 28) e o revestimento do pára-choque (5, 29). Na parte de inserção (4, 18, 31) está prevista uma infinidade de cavidades de deformação (27) e/ou espaços livres de deformação (26, 36). De acordo com a invenção, a parte de inserção de três camadas, é formada de uma primeira camada de borda da parte de inserção (7, 19, 32), e de uma camada central da parte de inserção (8, 20, 33), bem como, de uma segunda camada de borda da parte de inserção (9, 21, 34). A camada central da parte de inserção (8, 20, 33) apresenta uma capacidade de absorção de energia diferente em relação às duas camadas de borda da parte de inserção (7, 9, 19, 21, 32, 34). A camada central da parte de inserção (8, 20, 33) está coordenada ao suporte transversal do pára-choque (3, 28) no estado montado. As reentrâncias de deformação (27) e/ou os espaços livres de deformação (26, 36) são formados na camada central da parte de inserção (8, 20, 33) de tal modo que, no caso de colisão, durante uma atuação de força sobre o revestimento do pára-choque (5, 29) a parte de inserção (4, 18, 31) pode ser deformada plasticamente, com aproveitamento das reentrâncias de deformação (27) e/ou dos espaços livres de deformação (26, 36), pelo menos, parcialmente, na direção transversal do veículo e/ou na direção longitudinal do veículo, com menos comprimento de bloco para a absorção de energia.
