Abstract
"PROCESSO DE MANCHAMENTO PAPANICOLAU". A presente invenção refere-se a um método para tratamento de uma amostra biológica com um processo de manchamento Papanicolau. O método compreende incorporar um tratamento detergente ao processo de manchamento em quaisquer de várias etapas. O método foi visto reduzir, vantajosamente o número de artefatos produzidos durante o manchamento Papanicolau. Também se providencia uma amostra manchada por um tal processo.
