Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO E MéTODO PARA O CONTROLE DEMOTORES". Um motor tem uma válvula de injeção decombustível (40) para injetar diretamente o combustível em umacâmara de combustão (16). Um dispositivo de suprimento decombustível inclui uma bomba de alimentação (46) e uma bombareforçadora (47). A bomba reforçadora (47) pressuriza ocombustível proveniente da bomba de alimentação (46) sob umapressão predeterminada e passa esse combustível para a válvulade injeção de combustível (40). Quando uma anomalia ocorrer nabomba reforçadora (47), o acionamento da bomba reforçadora (47)é paralisado de maneira tal que a válvula de injeção decombustível (40) executa a injeção do combustível com ocombustível proveniente da bomba de alimentação (46). Quando oacionamento da bomba reforçadora (47) é paralisado, oacionamento da válvula de injeção de combustível (40) ou aquantidade de ar passada para a câmara de combustão (16) érestringido de modo que somente uma mistura que não cause afalha de ignição seja formada na câmara de combustão (16). Porconseguinte, uma mistura que cause a falha de ignição não éformada na câmara de combustão (16), e a mistura na câmara decombustão (16) é colocada em ignição e nenhuma mistura nãoqueimada é descarregada da câmara de combustão (16).
