Abstract

"CRISTAL DE N-[N-(3,3-DIMETIL-BUTIL)-L-ALFA-ASPARTIL]-L-FENIL-ALANINA- METIL-éSTER, PROCESSO PARA PRODUçãO DO CRISTAL, E, GRâNULO DE CRISTAL DE N-[N-(3,3-DIMETIL-BUTIL)-L-ALFA-ASPARTIL]-L-FENIL-ALANINA- METIL-éSTER" Por exemplo, N-[N-(3,3-dimetil-butil)-L-<244>-aspartil]-L-fenil-alanina-metil-éster ( cristal de tipo A) mostrando picos característicos de raio X difrativos em ângulos de difração de (2<SYM>, raio CuK<244>) em pelo menos 6°, 24,8°, 8,2° e 16,5° é seco para que seu teor de água seja menos do que 3% em peso. O cristal assim seco é um novo cristal ( cristal de tipo C) de N-[N-(3,3-dimetil-butil)-L-<244>-aspartil]-L-fenil-alanina-metil-éster de excelente velocidade de dissolução, e quando medido por difratometria de raios X em pó, este cristal mostra picos característicos em raios X difrativos em ângulos de difração (2<SYM>, raio CuK<244>) em pelo menos 7,1°, 19,8°, 17,3° e 17,7°. A velocidade de dissolução (solubilidade) dos cristais de tipo C é adicionalmente melhorada pela conversão dos cristais em grânulos.
