Abstract

Se trata de un método para tratar la sucralosa cristalina separando los finos, para modificar el tamano y configuración de los cristalesindividuales y disminuir el ángulo de reposo e incrementar el escurrimiento de la sucralosa cristalina tratando el material cristalino en un lecho fluidizadoa temperatura ambiente por intermedio de adiciones de agua, seguido por una fase de secado fluidizada. Se prefiere la fluidización mediante una corrienteascendente de aire a 25 - 35°Cy agua adicionada a razón de 20 - 50% en peso, por ejemplo de 25 a 40% en peso.
