Abstract

"ADOçANTE GRANULADO". Descreve-se aqui um adoçante granulado compreendendo Aspartame e Acesulfame -K como ingredientes ativos, em que a quantidade de Acesulfame -K é de 5 a 90% em peso com base na quantidade total de ambos os componentes e em que o tamanho de partícula máximo dos grânulos é cerca de 1.400 <109>m ou menos, em que se melhora a solubilidade do adoçante granulado, ou seja Aspartame (APM) adoçante sintético de alto sabor intenso, fracamente dissolúvel.
