''DERIVADOS DO éSTER DE ASPARTIL DIPEPTìDEO, E, ADOçANTE OU PRODUTOS TAIS COMO ALIMENTOS TENDO UMA DOçURA'' São fornecidos novos derivados do éster de aspartil dipeptídeo (incluindo aqueles na forma de um sal), possuindo um excelente efeito adoçante e utilizáveis como adoçantes, tais como o N-[N-[3-(3-metil-4-hidroxifenil)propil]-L-<244>-aspartil]-L-fenilalanina 1-metil éster e o N-[N-[3-(3-hidroxi-4-metoxifenil)propil]-L-<244>-aspartil]-L-fenilalanina 1-metil éster, e excelentes adoçantes, etc. contendo estes novos derivados. Assim, torna-se possível fornecer adoçantes de baixa caloria que são superiores, particularmente, no grau de doçura, em comparação com os convencionais.
