- Pharmaceuticals Containing Other Organic And Inorganic Compounds (AREA)
Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"COMPOSTOS DE PIPERAZINA E SEU USO MéDICO"<D>. A presente invenção refere-se a um composto de piperazina da fórmula onde R¹ e R² é cada um hidrogênio, halogênio, alquila inferior, alcóxi inferior, amino, amino substituído, nitro, hidróxi ou ciano, R³, R^ 4^ e R^ 5^ é cada um é hidrogênio, halogênio, alquila inferior, alcóxi inferior, nitro, amino, hidróxi ou amino substituído ou hidróxi, R^ 6^ e R^ 7^ é cada um é hidrogênio, alquila inferior, alquila inferior substituída por halogênio, aralquila, acila ou acila inferior substituída por halogênio, R^ 8^ e R^ 9^é cada um é hidrogênio ou alquila inferior, Yé um alquileno inferior e similar, e o anel A é fenila, pirimidila, tiazolila, piridila, pirazinila ou imidazolina, um seu sal farmaceuticamente aceitável e agentes farmacêuticos contendo esses compostos. O composto da presente invenção tem efeito de inibição da produção de TNF-<244> e/ou efeito de promoção da produção de IL-2, e, uma vez que ele é isento de ou mostra expressão acentuadamente reduzida de um efeito sobre os sistema nervoso central, o composto é útil como um inibidor de produção de TNF-<244> e/ou promotor de produção de IL-10 altamente seguro e superior e é útil como um agente para a profilaxia ou tratamento de várias doenças causadas pela produção anormal de TNF-<244>, doença curável com IL-10, tal como doenças inflamatórias crónicas, doenças inflamatórias agudas, doenças inflamatórias devido à infecção, doenças auto-imune, doenças alérgicas e doenças mediadas por TNF-<244>.
