Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"DERIVADOS DE D-PROLINA"<D>. A invenção refere-se a D-prolinas da fórmula onde R é SH, benzila ou fenila, opcionalmente substituída com hidróxi ou alcóxi inferior ou o grupo R^ 1^ é hidrogênio ou halogênio; X é -(CH~ 2~)~ n~-, -CH(R^ 2^)(CH~ 2~)~ n~, -CH~ 2~O(CH~ 2~)~ n~, -CH~ 2~NH-, benzila, -C(R^ 2^)=CH-, -CH~ 2~CH(OH)-, ou tiazol-2,5-diila; Y é -S-S-, -(CH~ 2~)~ n~, -O-, -NH-, -N(R^ 2^)-, -CH=CH-, -NHC(O)NH-, -N(R^ 2^)C(O)N(R^ 2^)-, -N[CH~ 2~C~ 6~H~ 3~(OCH~ 3~)~ 2~]-, -N(CH~ 2~C~ 6~H~ 5~)-, -N(CH~ 2~C~ 6~H~ 5~)C(O)N(CH~ 2~C~ 6~H~ 5~)-, -N(alcoxialquil)-, -N(cicloalquilmetila)-, 2,6-piridila, 2,5-furanila, 2,5-tienila, 1,2-ciclohexila, 1,3-ciclohexila, 1,4-ciclohexila, 1,2-naftila, 1,4-naftila, 1,5-naftila, 1,6-naftila, bifenileno ou 1,2-fenileno, 1,3-fenileno e 1,4-fenileno, onde os grupos fenileno são opcionalmente substituídos com 1-4 substituintes, selecionados de halogênio, alquila inferior, alcóxi inferior, hidróxi, carbóxi, -COO-alquila inferior, nitrilo, 5-tetrazol, (ácido 2-carboxílico-pirrolidin-1-il)-2-oxo-etóxi, N-hidroxicarbamimidoíla, 5-oxo-[1,2,4]oxadiazolila, 2-oxo-[1,2,3,5]oxatiadiazolila, 5-tioxo-[1,2,4]oxadiazolil e 5-terc-butilsulfanil-[1,2,4]oxadiazolila; X' é -(CH^ 2^)~ n~-, -(CH~ 2~)~ n~CH(R^ 2^)-, -(CH~ 2~)~ n~OCH~ 2~-, -NHCH~ 2~-, benzila, -CH=C(R^ 2^)-, -CH(OH)CH~ 2~- ou tiazol-2,5-diila; R^ 2^ é alquila inferior, alcóxi inferior ou benzila e n é 0-3, e os sais e mono- e diésteres farmaceuticamente aceitáveis das mesmas. As D-prolinas de fórmula I-A e I-B podem ser usadas no tratamento ou prevenção de todas as formas de amiloidose central e sistêmica.
