Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO DE UMA PEçA EM AçO CEMENTADA OU CARBONITRETADA E AçO PARA A FABRICAçãO DESSA PEçA"<D>. Processo de fabricação de uma peça de mecânica em aço segundo o qual se fabrica um esboço de peça em aço e se efetua um tratamento de cementação ou de carbonitretação à elevada temperatura de pelo menos uma parte da superfície do esboço da peça, a composição química do aço do qual é constituída a peça compreendendo, em peso: 0,15% <243> C <243> 0,35%; 0% <243> Si <243> 0,6%; 0% <243> Mn + Cr + NI + MO <243> 5%; 0% <243> AL <243> 0,1%; 0% <243> Cu <243> 0,5%; 0% <243> Ti <243> 0,05%; 0,004 <243> N <243> 0,02%; 0% <243> S <243> 0,15%; P <243> 0,03%; eventualmente, até 0,02% de telúrio, até 0,04% de selênio, até 0,07% de chumbo, até 0,005% de cálcio, o resto sendo o ferro e impurezas resultantes da elaboração; a composição química sendo ajustada para que a curva JOMINY do aço seja tal que: 45 HRC <243> J~ 3~ <243> 50 HRC; 39 HRC <243> J~ 11~ <243> 47 HRC : 31 HRC <243> J~ 25~ <243> 40 HRC; os valores médios J~ 3m~, J~ 11m~ e J~ 25m~ de cinco testes JOMINY sendo tais que: J~ 11m~ - J~ 3m~ X 14/22 - J~ 25m~ X 8 / 22 <243> 2,5 HRC e J~ 3m~ - J~ 15m~ <243> 9 HRC. Aço de cementação ou de carbonitretação para fabricar essa peça.
