Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>''CARNE VEGETAL''<D>. A carne vegetal é um alimento de alto valor nutritivo, que usa proteínas de glúten, minerais, vitaminas e fibras de alimento de cereais e de legumes. A carne vegetal é produzido por misturação de uma percentagem de glútem com uma percentagem de uma ou mais farinhas de cereais ou com uma percentagem de uma ou mais farinhas de legumes ou com uma percentagem, de uma ou mais farinhas e cereais e e legumes juntas. Esta mistura é temperada com as especiarias naturais de acordo com o sabor necessário e então amassada e processada com água ou coldo de vegetal e depois disso fervida. Por variação das várias percentagens dos componentes e de diversas espécies de flores, são obtidos vários tipos de carne vegetal: bife, ensopado, ''mince'', hambúrguer, ling³iça, ''pizzaria'', mortadela, presunto, ''bresaola'', "guanciele" etc. Ela tem um formato cilíndrico com extremidades arredondadas.
