Abstract
dispositivo de tratamento de camada fina. a presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de tratamento de camada fina para tratamento de material viscoso. o dispositivo de tratamento de camada fina compreende um alojamento de processo (12) alinhado inclinado em relação à horizontal em no máximo 20º com um manto de alojamento (14) aquecível e/ou resfriável, que envolve um espaço interno de alojamento (16) que forma um espaço de tratamento de material (160), um bocal de entrada (20) disposto em uma zona de entrada (18) do alojamento de processo (12) para introdução do material a ser tratado no espaço de tratamento de material (160), um bocal de saída (24) disposto em uma zona de saída (22) do alojamento de processo (12) para descarga do material tratado do espaço de tratamento de material (160), e um eixo de rotor (44) acionável, disposto no espaço de tratamento de material (160) e estendendo-se coaxialmente para geração de uma película de material sobre a área interna (15) do manto de alojamento e para transporte do material na direção de uma zona de saída (22). de acordo com a invenção o eixo de rotor (44) compreende pelo menos um elemento de flutuação (56) disposto sobre o corpo de eixo de rotor (50), o qual está configurado de modo a gerar uma força de flutuação na direção do corpo de eixo de rotor (50) durante a rotação do eixo de rotor (44).
