Abstract
método e instalação para desalcalinizar a face interna da parede de um recipiente de vidro. a invenção se refere a um método para desalcalinizar a face interna (5) da parede (2) de um recipiente de vidro (1), cuja parede (2) delimita uma cavidade (3) e uma abertura (4) provendo acesso à cavidade (3), o método compreendendo uma etapa de fornecimento de um recipiente de vidro, a face interna da parede do qual está a uma temperatura de pelo menos 350 °c, e uma etapa de introdução na cavidade, com a face interna estando a uma temperatura de pelo menos 350 °c, um líquido de tratamento contendo uma substância projetada para reagir sob o efeito do calor a fim de provocar desalcalinização do vidro, a etapa de introdução compreendendo uma operação de injeção, por meio de uma cabeça de injeção (11) disposta a uma distância da abertura no recipiente e fora deste último, uma quantidade medida predeterminada do líquido na forma de um cone de pulverização (c) que é suficientemente estreito para que toda a quantidade medida passe para a cavidade. métodos e instalações para o tratamento de recipientes de vidro.
