Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a um processo de fabricação de latas de bebida feitas de liga de alumínio por meio de "trefilagem e afinamento, caracterizado pelo fato de que uma fricção maior entre o puncionador do modelador de peça (21) e a chapa de alumínio do que entre a matriz de afinamento (22) e a dita chapa de alumínio é produzida por pelo menos uma das especificidades a seguir: - uma chapa de alumínio com uma superfície interna significativamente maior em rugosidade do que a superfície externa. - matrizes de afinamento (22) com interseções arredondadas entre a superfície de alimentação, bem como a superfície de saída e corte, com uma superfície na área de trabalho que possui ra abaixo de 0,03 µm e com uma aresta de corte curta abaixo de cerca de 0,38 mm. - um puncionador de modelador de peça com uma rugosidade extra e uma textura isotrópica. também se refere a uma lata de bebida fabricada por tal processo e caracterizada pelo fato de que sua reflectância medida em 60° é maior do que 73% logo após a última etapa de afinamento.
