Abstract

um processo integrado, adequado para uso em uma instalação nova ou posterior, produz uma olefina ou diolefina através da desidrogenação de uma alimentação de hidrocarboneto c3-c4 apropriada que inclui (1) contatar a alimentação e um catalisador de desidrogenação com uma classificação geldart a ou geldart b em um leito fluidizado a uma temperatura de 550 oc a 760 oc e uma pressão de cerca de 41,4 a cerca de 308,2 kpa (cerca de 6,0 a cerca de 44,7 psia) e uma razão de catalisador para alimentação, p/p, de 5 a 100 para formar um produto desidrogenado; separar o produto desidrogenado e a mistura de alimentação de partida não reagida de uma porção do catalisador por meio de um sistema de separação ciclônica; reativar o catalisador em um regenerador fluidizado por combustão a 660 oc a 850 oc,seguido de contato com um fluido contendo oxigênio a 660 oc ou maior, e devolver o catalisador ao reator de desidrogenação; (2) comprimir a mistura de produto para formar uma mistura de produto comprimido; e (3) fracionar a mistura de produto comprimido para formar uma corrente de produto incluindo pelo menos a olefina ou diolefina alvo. o processo integrado oferece aumento da capacidade da instalação, economia melhorada e menor impacto ambiental em comparação com outros processos conhecidos e convencionais.
