Abstract
Un proceso de deshidrogenación. catalítica. mejorado, el procedimiento que comprende poner en contacto una corriente de alimentación de alcano o alquilo aromático con un catalizador de deshidrogenación en condiciones catalíticas en un reactor fluidizado de flujo ascendente en el que el reactor fluidizado contiene uno o más reactores, cuyas condiciones catalíticas incluyen una temperatura dentro de un rango de 500 - 800º C, una velocidad espacial horaria en peso dentro de un rango de 0,1 a 1000, un tiempo de residencia de gas dentro de un rango de 0,1 a 10 segundos y, subsecuente al reactor fluidizado, efectuando la separación del catalizador arrastrado desde el efluente del reactor mediante el uso de un sistema de separación ciclónica, en el que la mejora comprende la interposición de un medio de enfriamiento entre un reactor fluidizado de flujo ascendente y el sistema de separación ciclónica para detener sustancialmente las reacciones térmicas, aumentando así eficazmente la selectividad molar global de producto alqueno.
