Abstract

Viene descritto un procedimento integrato per produrre olefine a partire da miscele gassose contenenti metano comprendente essenzialmente i seguenti stadi:- convertire il metano in idrocarburi superiori mediante coupling ossidativo effettuato in presenza di aria e/o ossigeno;- deidrogenare mediante catalizzatore le paraffine di detti idrocarburi superiori ottenendo una miscela ricca in olefine;- rimuovere dalla miscela olefinica ottenuta H2O, CO2, CO e H2;- separare dalla miscela olefinica il metano non convertito riciclandolo a monte del coupling ossidativo;- separare dalla miscela olefinica l'etilene;- separare dalla miscela olefinica l'etano non deidrogenato.
