a presente invenção refere-se ao campo técnico de engenharia de anticorpo. são providos um anticorpo monoclonal anti-pd-1 integralmente humano, um método de preparação para o mesmo e usos do mesmo. anticorpos monoclonais anti-pd-1 são obtidos de uma biblioteca de anticorpo integralmente sintética por meio de avaliação, e então bibliotecas de construção de mutação de região cdr1-3 de cadeia leve e região cdr1-3 de cadeia pesada do anticorpo obtido são avaliadas em sequência por meio de uma tecnologia de maturação por afinidade para obter um anticorpo anti-pd-1 de alta afinidade. o anticorpo pode ser usado para tratamento de tumores, inflamações e doenças autoimunes.
