Abstract
Un anticuerpo monoclonal anti-PD-1 de longitud completa humanizado, método de obtención y derivados, que comprende la secuencia de aminoácidos que codifica la región variable del anticuerpo variable y la región determinante de complementariedad. Analiza el anticuerpo monoclonal anti-PD-1 de la biblioteca de anticuerpos sintéticos completos, luego examina la maduración de afinidad mediante el desplazamiento de la cadena de la biblioteca de fagos, se construye una biblioteca mutante de CDR1, CDR2 o CDR3 de la cadena liviana y su CDR1, CDR2 o CDR3 de cadena pesada para analizar respectivamente el anticuerpo monoclonal anti-PD-1 del análisis preliminar, finalmente se selecciona el anticuerpo monoclonal anti-PD-1 de mayor afinidad. Tiene la mayor afinidad y puede inhibir la combinación de PD-1 (muerte celular programada 1) y sus ligandos, se puede usar para tratar tumores, inflamación y enfermedades autoinmunes.
