Abstract

Согласно настоящему изобретению предложен способ получения стабильных и высокоспецифичных гетеродимерных иммуноглобулиновых конструкций, например биспецифичных антител, сохраняющих желаемые свойства нативных IgG без нежелательного ошибочного спаривания тяжелых и легких цепей, которые могут одновременно связываться с двумя молекулами-мишенями и обладают более высокой эффективностью в лечении сложных заболеваний.
