Abstract
são fornecidos uma resina absorvente de água possuindo melhor desempenho de absorção e sendo impedida de descolorir antes e após a armazenagem durante um longo período de tempo sob alta temperatura e alta umidade, e um artigo absorvente que inclui a resina absorvente. a resina absorvente de água de acordo com a presente invenção é preparada por polimerização de um monômero etilenicamente insaturado solúvel em água na presença de um agente de reticulação interna e realizando pós-reticulação com um agente de pós-reticulação, em que a resina absorvente de água satisfaz as seguintes propriedades: (a) uma capacidade de absorção de água de uma solução salina fisiológica de 55 g/g ou mais, uma capacidade de absorção de água de uma solução salina fisiológica sob uma carga de 4,14 kpa de 15 ml/g ou mais, e um teor de monômero residual de 300 ppm ou menos; e (b) um índice amarelo de 5,0 ou menos e uma razão de alteração de índice amarelo (¿yi) depois de deixar por 10 dias sob 70¿ c e 90% de umidade relativa de 10 ou menos.
