Abstract

MICRORGANISMOS QUE APRESENTAM PRODUTIVIDADE AUMENTADA DE L-AMINOÁCIDOS E PROCESSO PARA PRODUÇÃO DE L-AMINOÁCIDOS UTILIZANDO ESTES. A presente invenção descreve um microrganismo recombinante com produtividade aumentada do L-aminoácido, em que o microrganismo recombinante é transformado para remover ou diminuir a atividade de no mínimo uma adenosina deaminase e AMP nucleosidase, e um método de produção de um L-aminoácido utilizando este microrganismo. O uso do microrganismo recombinante pode permitir a produção do L-aminoácido de uma forma mais eficiente.
