Abstract

a presente invenção se refere a um micro-organismo que produz l-lisina e a um método para produzir l-lisina utilizando-se o mesmo. mais especificamente, a presente revelação se refere a um micro-organismo do gênero corynebacterium, que é modificado de modo que a atividade de uma proteína envolvida em hidrólise de parede celular seja desativada em comparação com a atividade endógena da mesma; e um método para produzir l-lisina com o uso do mesmo.
