a presente invenção refere-se a um comprimido que compreende um núcleo e uma camada externa, o núcleo compreendendo ácido acetilsalicílico ou um sal farmaceuticamente aceitável deste e a camada externa compreendendo de clopidogrel ou seu sal farmaceuticamente aceitável, o núcleo sendo separado da camada externa por um revestimento de três camadas composto de uma camada gastrorresistente inserida entre duas camadas de isolamento.
