Abstract

a presente invenção se refere a um processo para a preparação contínua de acrilato leve, pela reação de um álcool leve com um fluxo de éster de ácido acrílico em grau bruto que inclui mais do que 8% em peso de adutos de michael. de acordo com o dito processo, a dissociação térmica dos ditos adutos de michael contidos no fluxo de éster de ácido acrílico em grau bruto ou gerados in situ na área de reação, e a esterificação, com um álcool leve, do ácido acrílico no dito fluxo de éster de ácido acrílico em grau bruto e/ou gerado in situ pela dita dissociação térmica são realizados simultaneamente em uma única área de reação, o efluente que deixa a área de reação sendo então submetido a um tratamento e purificação que resultam na produção de um acrilato leve purificado e o resíduo de reação permanecendo líquido o suficiente para ser removido por meio de uma bomba.
