Abstract

a presente invenção tem como objeto um processo de síntese de (met)acrilatos de alquila com c1-c10, por esterificação direta do ácido (met)acrílico pelo álcool correspondente, a reação sendo realizada em um reator de membrana de leito fixo em condições nas quais a água gerada pela reação é eliminada da mistura de reação à medida de sua formação. o processo de acordo com a invenção pode funcionar em condições para as quais os reagentes não estão em excesso, minimizando assim o tamanho e a energia dos equipamentos de separação/reciclagem dos fluxos gerados por ocasião da purificação do meio de reação.
